Metegol is an implementation of arcade football with the "runner" genre. You control a team of four players who are constantly running across a football field towards the enemy's goal. As you move, players from the other team move towards you (or simply stand still). You (your team) have an overall stamina level (displayed at the top of the screen), which is consumed the moment you collide with players from the other team teams.
